Made to Move is closing July 1st.

Dear Valued MTM Members,

We appreciate your continued patronage at Made to Move Tennis & Wellness.    Sadly, my wife Sue passed after an 8-year battle with cancer this past year. We were lucky enough to have had an amazing relationship, but that has also led to an incredibly difficult time of grief. Ultimately, I’m quite fortunate to have loved and been loved by my beautiful wife, so the grief is welcomed.

At this time, we are closing Made to Move; and it is with great joy that we are having another business, Paddles Up, lease the club. They are a great company providing courts for pickle ball and padel. Our long term intentions were to remain at Made to Move Tennis & Wellness,  but this life altering event changed everything related to our family life. At Made to Move, my wife and I happily served the local and greater community for the past 30 years. It has been a privilege  to do so, one that  my wife and I have always cherished, felt humbled by, and honored to do.

Going forward, we will maintain our impact in a different fashion in the local community and beyond. Our non-profit that was started many years ago possesses innumerable resources designed to help others. Our team of professionals helps with financial and legal issues, business coaching, immigration challenges, and other needed services.

Sue lived a life of unconditional love and service during her life on earth, so continuing serving others will perpetuate her enduring legacy of love.

Sue and I are grateful for your support throughout the years and only hope the best for you and your loved ones.

Blessings to all,

Sue & Spencer

Values

The Natural Teaching Method

Our focus on natural movements of the body allow students to shape strokes in the most efficient way possible.

Simplicity is the essence of our teaching; we give one simple cue that triggers the complete and bio-mechanically correct shape of a stroke.

Everyone learns differently, so the visual, verbal, and tactile cues that our professionals use allow us to connect with many different learning styles.

Ultimately, by focusing on balance, body control, proper posture, and mindfulness-process over results-our teaching method produces great stroke production, while creating more confident and mindful tennis players on and off the court.
