About Our Natural Teaching
Our focus on freedom of movement promotes body awareness. This, coupled with stroke production mechanics, will allow your style to evolve from a more natural place. Since there are many ways to hit a tennis ball, style is an extension of each individual’s personality and abilities. We will guide you in the process.
There will be no performance groups on the following dates: 2/24, 2/25, 4/7, 4/8, 5/26, 5/27
Junior Performance Camps
Fall through Spring, we organize our Junior Performance Camps (JPC) in 16 week semesters. A built in makeup is included if you start on week 1. Our MTM Summer Camp is an extension of our Fall and Spring JPC.
We believe that children learn best and have the most fun while playing interactively with their peers. Therefore, Junior Performance Camps provide all of our students the necessary biomechanics to encourage independent play to the best of their ability.
As a result, most of our student learning takes place during interactive playing time with other students. Our Professionals teach students the proper biomechanics of all strokes, strategic thinking, and executing all that they learn while practicing and playing games with their peers.
We accomplish this by building on a foundation through weekly themes. Each week, there is an additional core theme added, such as variations of the following: team building, pattern drills, stroke production, footwork & mindfulness. Our students achieve great results & have fun doing so, while learning our process oriented approach.
